Gorilla ZoeAlonzo Mathis, better known by his stage name as Gorilla Zoe, is a rapper from Atlanta. He is a member of Boyz N Da Hood (where he replaced Young Jeezy), and he has recently released his first solo album Welcome to the Zoo, which features his single Hood Nigga (the clean version known as "Hood Figga"). He is currently signed to Bad Boy South through Block Entertainment, the label which created Boyz N Da Hood. He has also made appearances on three tracks from Yung Joc's latest album, Hustlenomics, two of which have been released as singles. Welcome To The Zoo is the debut album by Atlanta rapper Gorilla Zoe. The album was released September 25, 2007. The first single off the album is "Hood Nigga". The album debuted at number 18 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart, selling about 35,000 copies in its first week. As of October 17, 2007 it has sold 61,600.
